Nav Nag is gone

So, one nice thing about this new Highlander my wife got, the Nav Nag is totally gone. When you start the car, it displays some message about not looking at the screen while driving but after 4 seconds it goes away and the map appears. You don't have to press or touch anything. I guess someone finally kicked the legal department in the nuts and corrected a lingering automotive problem.

Toyota/Lexus is apparently doing that with all its cars. My '08 LS460 works the same way. The '07's didn't, though, until the owners got the latest updates.

Oh thats beautiful...

I have a question for Lexus/Toyota owners: Does the screen nag at you everytime you start your car, no matter what mode your in?

For example, in the Infinitis, the nag screen only shows up when you switch to the Nav screen or information menus and have not accepted the agreement. But if I turn the car off... on lets say the radio screen, I don't get a nag when I turn on the car the next time because the radio screen shows first.
