Please note that this topic was not locked by CARfaq staff. We are working to rectify this 'feature'.

This topic is on track to be locked. If you guys want to get back O.T.; great.
If you want to continue any of the sub-topics in this thread, feel free to do so in the proper forum/section ("politics").
If you feel the need to continue them in this thread, prepare to see it locked. Don't get me wrong, all the page views are great.. but the bickering isn't quite worth it. Smiley

I thought it was locked then, not by mistake, but because Oz felt the need to do it.  I though he was right, I was bickering, close this damn thing already!   Smiley

Now Ohm you're saying nobody closed this thread in the first place?  Okay, fine, but apparently, that was not the end of it, right?  Because it looked like it was then  opened and closed successfully by 2 or 3 admins --  to post and then to immediately close it, leaving no chance for others input: the peasants like me.  That's what I was talking about above.  Clear now?

lets just say it wasn't the ADMINS doing the opening and closing.....   could it have been a peasant closing it?

Some of us should take some more time to read and digest before hitting the Reply button.   angel laugh

  • Again, this thread was not locked by an Admin
  • Some admins can post in locked threads
  • I unlocked this read so it is 'post-able' by all members

Everyone got it now? We are working on a 'feature' within our site that let's non Admin's lock threads. If I say anymore, it will give it away as to who did. There is no need to get into that. Not that they were wrong in doing so, it was their right as set up for this site by me. That 'privilege' is being removed.

JoeBB, can you try and split the thread up if required? I can't get to it right now....

Ohm, RH does not want the topic split, so I'll leave it be for now.     Cheesy

I closed it because I could, as apparently the site was setup to let thread owners close their own threads.  The thread was a mess and everybody was bickering so there was no need to continue.  End of story.
