I just saw one today, dark brown, exactly like this one.

http://www.auto123.com/ArtImages/97145/2008-infiniti-ex35-06.jpg

I followed him for about 10 miles.  It looks very well planted, well build, muscular when viewed from behind, yet sleek.  I still think it looks good.  Maybe I should consider exchanging my 07 FX for this one, buy the EX and left money for turbo setup?  Better than an 09 FX 35, yet still cheaper than an FX50?  What would kill it, I think, would be the lack of aftermarket support anyway, like swaybars, etc.

Yes, to me it's slightly better than the G35, specially the new ones with the chrome on the rear trunk!  Sorry, 07G35, MHO.

Guess I'm alone on that.  Does the MDX and the X3 sell any better?  Maybe the EX will sell in Europe...

its bigger than my car.... just happens to be uglier too, lol

It's actually smaller in every dimension but width and height.  Its closer in overall size to the coupe.

It'd sell a lot better here if it was equipped the way it is there.  VQ37VHR engine, 14" brake package, sportier suspension, 7 speed transmission are among the advantages they get to the models sold in Europe compared to those here in the US.

Their target demographic for the EX was women, for what I understand. most women could give a crap about a bigger brake setup, 7 spd, etc.. Sad It is silly that infiniti left us out (americans) though.

I googled modded EX35 and found this photoshop picture of an EX35 lowered, tinted and with 19" M35 Sport wheels:

http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l20/GEE35X/EX35-2.jpg

The wheels are too funny to take it seriously.   So I went to tirerack.com and fitted some 20" 3piece Forged Botticelli O.Z. wheels (My favorites)

http://www.oz-racing.de/webimgoz6/2007/OZ%20ruote%20catalogo%20WEB/00_Tuner%20System/Botticelli%20III/OBJ/WEB_BOTTICELLI%20III-MB_1.eps.jpg

and saw the preview.  Looked nicer, but I can't link to the image here, it won't work.

It'll take a while for the modded EX35 to arrive, perhaps never?  If you guys are right, then maybe Chicklet can tackle the job!   Grin
