CARfaq Membership Announcement

We've been lucky to have continued growth in membership and I want to thank everyone for participating and keeping us moving forward. We have a strong core of posters that are very active and we appreciate their efforts in keeping CARfaq a fun and informative site.

As Admins, we spend a significant amount of time analyzing our site statistics: posts, topics, signons, tags, sources, redirects, member count, etc. Of significant importance: membership count which has steadily grown to 85.

However, membership count in itself is not a good measure or indicator of health. Active membership count, though not perfect, is better. We presently have several members that have not visited the site in a long time. So, we will be converting to 'inactive' status all members that have not signed on for over 100 days (roughly a dozen) and will continue to do so every month. The first such effort is scheduled to occur on 10/25/08.

Inactive members will not be able to enter any of the boards. Inactive members are welcome to send me a PM or an email to CARfaq.org@gmail.com to reactivate their accounts. If emailing, please include your screen/user name in your correspondence.
