In response to requests, I'll update the wife's TL ownership -
1. (And most importantly) she loves it.
2. While it's front-wheel drive, torque steer isn't an issue, and it doesn't "feel" or drive like a FWD car. Nothing at all, for instance, like the Pontiac G6 rent car I had in CA a few weeks ago.

3. On the highway, it is silky smooth riding, but choppy pavement or rough road surfaces do upset the ride. It's not IS-F choppy by a long shot (

), but it's also not LS460 smooth. All in all, a pretty nice compromise unless all you drive is rough roads.
4. Power is excellent. It's no rocket, but the 280hp is more than adequate to stay out ahead of traffic and pass big rigs.
5. Comfort level is very good. No backaches after a day in the saddle, and lots of adjustments to the seat and steering wheel. Nice and roomy interior.
6. The quality of the interior and the build in general is very good. No squeaks air rattles, nice fit, nice materials.
7. Road noise on coarse pavement is a little high, but then I'm used to a Lexus, so I'm not a good judge.
8. Fuel mileage exceeded my expectations by a good bit. Our worst tanks were in the high 27's, and on two tanks of gas we got 33.3 and 31.1 mpg, respectively, and these tanks were at sustained interstate speeds in excess of 80mph. Very impressed with that.
9. Nav and other electronics are just awesome. The display for the nav has been upgraded to the point that it looks like HDTV. It's the sharpest, crispest and most colorful nav display I've seen. On top of that, it does of course give more information than any other system I've used, and it is user-friendly. And you have access to all functions while the car is moving! The real-time doppler weather radar overlaid on the route map is unique, and we used it this past week on a road trip to Phoenix and Sedona, AZ. very nice feature.
10. The audio system is superior to most I've had. It has a nice full sound, lots of adjustability (including mid), good speakers, and lots of amps.
All in all, looks like it's a keeper. Some people don't like the looks so much, but I like it ... and it turns heads, since it's zoomy-looking.
