335i definetely needs LSD for all its power and torque

You know, I distinctly remember you trying to argue that the 335i's open diff was an advantage over the G37's VLSD back on FA when all the 335i - G37 comparos were coming out. Cheesy

Really?
I'd like to see that post
I possibly meant safety as a concern, since average driver could fishtail and get himself into trouble with LSD
It's not for everyone
I doubt i was arguing about actual advantage of the open diff
 Cool

BTW, traction has tremendiously improved
I can take off now with so much force, like good AWD car
Shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is also much better - i only spin tires for a split second now, not longer as it used to be
2nd-to-3rd gear is just a chirp now
I'm not even getting to handling/cornering advantage
That is just sick
Minimal understeer that was present before is now completely gone
Car rotates itself into the corner and rushes out like a rocket
335i definetely needs LSD for all its power and torque
I'm getting a tune for car to bring it to even higher level of performance
I think it is perfect time for little upgrade
~400whp/400wtq time !!!
 loco

I sure will

Some teaser:
Release date of this tune is only few weeks away
A lot of people already running it on their cars as beta testers
There has been drag strip times posted as well as some friendly runs (40-130) against new M3s, C63s and IS-Fs

Just a tune will walk M3
With some additional mods (CAI, FMIC, DPs) it walks C63 and IS-F

Car pretty much traps @ 115mph with in low 12s with tune and minor mods
0-60 is 3.9-4.1
And all that with 33+ mpg hwy cruising at 65mph

RS4 is few bus lengths behind against any tuned 335i (dead even with stock, highway roll)
 Grin

P.S. There are many other tunes for 335i (or 535, 135, X6, etc) that perform similarly, but i'm interested in this particular on
Cost is about 700, PnP, superb customer service, very safe and reliable product

Stay tuned ...
