Just a bit of nostalgia. I got this FX brand new - for a STEAL ($10K off MSRP)

Nice Oz.  what did you think of it while you had it?

I really, really liked it. I bought it as a holdover until the M came out, but really, really enjoyed it. The interior was a tad disappointing especially once compared to the new M, but the way the FX drove (for its size, especially) was amazing. I love Nissan/Infiniti's AWD system. We get a lot of rain here and the FX always felt completely planted. Even on dry roads i preferred the AWD, too. It was one of the things that took a lot of "getting used to" in the M45 (no AWD). It was the first MY as well so had the super-aggressive suspension which always got panned in reviews, but I really didnt think much of it given the great handling. I got a really good deal on the car (as mentioned) but as such it wasn't exactly the interior/exterior color I wanted long term, that was something else that aided me in going over to the M. I recommend the previous gen FX'es to everyone who wants a "slightly larger vehicle than a car" that handles like a sports car Smiley
