I think the back looks a bit murano-ish (bad thing) Sad The front is "ok".. I think a nice aftermarket grill could do wonders?

I also think the M-style steering wheel would have been more at home in the FX rather than the G style...

I also love the way Infiniti/Nissan distribute crazy hi-res pictures, such as:

http://www.carfaq.org/index.php?action=gallery&g2_itemId=786&g2_imageViewsIndex=3 (warning, BIG image!)

You can actually see the dust on the steering wheel buttons!

I didnt read the "steering wheel" part of your comment....  until I came back from the photo!

I was like what the hell....  Oh thats the sterring wheel (and paddle shifter!)

And thats not exactly like the G steering wheel... I'm guessing its probably the same as the EX, and looks kinda like the new Maxima wheel too!

Needs a 1-2" drop and more aggressive offset to the wheels.

Not that I'm in love with the front, but the current FX seems tame compared to the new one.

I agree on the drop. I dont know what the deal is with the huge wheel gap? Regarding the drop, though - I am not sure how the new dynamic suspension/ride control would cope with that...?

It's not an SUV. It's a high car. nothing about it is SUV-ish.. it has something like a 2500lb towing capacity.

Correct. Smiley There's no option for skidplates/anything offroad-y.

It's more along the lines of a crossover, in my opinion. I consider an SUV something you can actually .... take through dirt, if you need to. The FX has no off-road prowess. I had an 04(?) FX45 that I loved, but it was not an SUV by any stretch of the imagination. Cargo space isn't that usable, either... but it's really fun to drive. I miss the V8+AWD.

I think it needs some more options.

FCW/LDW/DCA/IBA/VDC all on the same panel. Nice.

Pretty disappointed to see the manual level for the headlights. I hope that is in ADDITION to automatic levelling. The 04-08 FX has the same manual levelling BS.

No, it was marketed as a bionic cheetah. They are 'trying' to call it an SUV.. however..:
