And while nice for the UBERAudiophile, haveing a 32band eq in a car makes no sense to me.  MAYBE in an Audi 8 with the HK system but even then, its a bit over the top.  I can see it now... Oh sorry for rear-ending you... the 5k range was killing me in the song I was playing and I just couldn't handle it so I was looking down to change it when I...  You get the picture.  I think we are going to come to a time where there are just too many options on a car.  The key is to make sure they make it great out of the box and add options.  Not something like the M5/6 where you have to choose power etc etc etc...  the 400hp mode doesn't save any fuel either... just limits the top end according to my uncle.

I want to love this car, I really do.. but it looks like a disaster to me. The FX at least followed the G's audio/HVAC/etc control layout, which I think is very intuitive. The new buttons spewed everywhere on the M are just not doing it for me..

The whole center stack layout, from the shifter up to the LCD, reminds me of the BMW X5 I was driving. That's not a good thing.

Agreed.. but I think Infiniti is still going a little bit nuts.
