Hmm Rip, that does seem to be (along the lines) of the right piece:
Looks like it's from a different year however since the color is wrong, and since the LS we have is the UL version it has additional cutouts for several buttons on the bottom left... I will keep an eye out though.

If I were you I would remove it and see how it is inside. Maybe you buy that one for $100.00 and just replace what's broken. It's not a single piece of plastic, so maybe you can keep your 3 button part and use the rest from ebay.
