my new hobby lol photography! . camera used is Canon 1D Mark III w/Canon 24-105 F4L with heliopan polarized multi-coated filter...unfortunately i didnt have the time to use my gitzo tripod for this photoshoot. no flash used for the shoot.

I gotta tell you guys, the pix of the IS-F don't do it justice.  The real life one looks pretty darn mean.  The silver one? not so much but in like black or that blue?  I've been keeping my eye out for an IS-F and have only seen ONE on the road parked.  But I always check the IS's that go by, turns out I didn't have to, the IS-F was recognized instantly.

ARGH!! The temptation!!


aloha03gs - is this your car? (the IS-F in the pictures)? I am assuming so? If so, awesome! Love it. What do you think of it? (Feel free to post a write up in the Lexus IS section!)

I personally was a bit disappointed they picked that color for the wheels. The neiman marcus edition rims are amazing (in my opinion!).. the wheels in that color are still great, though. They look AWFUL on the light silver version of the car, though.

Having seen the car in blue/white/red/light silver (but NOT the smoky granite yet!), the blue and red are stunning. The white is actually quite nice, but still not my favorite. The light silver is pretty awful. I think the smoky granite will be nice if I ever see one in person.

Probably like the GTR's.  Single pipe right up to the tip where its a quick y-split.  There's nothing really to gain by having quad pipes running under the car.  The big thing too is most exhaust tips are like 3-5" anymore but the piping is around 2-2.25"!

My G35 has 4" tips stock.  The piping is only 2.25".

Intersting...  Ok, when someone told me they were fake i just assumed it was that maybe only the bottom tip was real, but the fact that all four of them aren't actually attached to the can?!?!  Why would they do that?  ahhahah
