according to my profile my time settings are correct (ie it says it is 857pm)
only the wrong time is showing above my post, which is why i found it to be odd

I have a suggestion:
Since I spend alot of time in hotels and am often unrecognized when I initially enter the site I have seen the enormous "Register" notification at the top of the page many times. Each time I view this it seems to me that it is a little over the top. I am sure that many new visitors will find it to be a little "in your face" and might be turned off the site. perhaps this message should be a little more discreet.
