Car was good looking. Debadged. Not sure what model it was. It was reasonably quick, but he also drove like an ass and kept cutting me off. I eventually got tired of it and just completely smoked him. Smiley

That was the Aston Martin Lagonda series 2.  It might not look too great now but in the late 70's it was the bomb.  I can't put my finger on it (cause I might cut myself) but there is something about it that I like.

That is actually a strangely cool interior.. The pen holder is by far the best part, though Tongue

Didn't someone (Helldorodo?) say they loved lots of buttons?  There are a lot of buttons in there.  I hear smooth and hard is the new soft and luxurious.

I still think you'd drive something like a Kia Sorrento if it was fast enough in a straight line and was chock full of gadgets, as long as it had a premium badge. Smiley

Yeah, I like buttons, as compared to a menu driven system.   Grin

I can live in complete absence of buttons, of course, like in a track day car, no problem.   Wink

As for the strange Lagonda, I like the car a lot!  I can't help it. loco

It looks better later in the 80', like this 1984 model:

The Style?  It oozes "Origami aggression", clearly.   Grin
