Definitely not in BC. I'd guess he had it trucked down for the "season". Pretty common for the wealthly-folk. I've had family members who worked for fairly wealthy people - they maintain multiple residences, and keep their "daily driver" cars in both (eg, a Lexus/Mercedes) locations, but the higher dollar cars (Bentley, Rolls, etc) tend to get shipped back and forth between their houses.


It's funny - I actually didnt even notice that was an international plate (I didnt really pay attention) until you mentioned it. 

I'm surprised you figured out it was BC.  The resolution of the photo's not so good.  Probably a drug kingpin - importing BC Bud.

My near vision has been getting worse every year since turning 40ish.  I have to hold books a couple of feet away to read them and I can't read fine print.  I guess I need the dreaded "reading glasses".  My magnification function is to make the fonts really big.
